HELP for Employees
Enforcing the Rights of Wronged Employees
Who We Represent:
Hayes Pawlenko LLP represents individuals at all levels of the workforce -- from minimum wage earners to high-paid corporate executives. If your rights have been violated, we can HELP.
How We Charge For Our Services:
For employees, if we accept your case, we will represent you on a contingency fee basis. What this means is that no fees will be charged to you for our services unless and until we recover money for you. We accept individual cases on a contingency fee basis so that your financial resources will not affect your ability to enforce your rights. From janitors to CEOs, if your rights were violated, you are entitled to hold your employer accountable.
The Type of Service You Can Expect:
Too often, finding an attorney who will take your case on a contingency fee basis means settling for second-rate counsel. Not here. Mr. Hayes and Mr. Pawlenko graduated from top tier colleges and law schools, completed judicial clerkships following law school, and spent years practicing at some of the country’s largest and most well-respected law firms. They chose to leave large corporate law firms and start their own practice so that they could pursue their passion for representing everyday people. They went to law school with the hopes of pursuing a career assisting those who lacked the means to protect their own rights. This law firm is the culmination of that dream.
We are selective in the cases we accept, so that we can give your case the time and attention it deserves. Mr. Hayes and Mr. Pawlenko will personally attend to all aspects of your lawsuit, from initiation through trial or settlement. Unlike other firms, we will not assign your case to a less experienced associate or paralegal. We understand that by selecting our law firm to handle your case, you are placing your trust in us. It is our job to honor that trust by giving you first rate legal service. This includes not only aggressively litigating your case, but also explaining the law to you, keeping you apprised of all developments in your case, and returning your phone calls.
Losing your job is incredibly stressful. Wondering if you can trust your attorney to do a good job should not be. If you need HELP, please give us a call today.
